Ashley K. Antony, MD
Dr. Ashley Antony is a board-certified and fellowship-trained dermatologist and Mohs surgeon. She is committed to educating patients about their skin conditions and treatment options, and she strives to provide the highest standard of dermatologic and surgical care. Her special interests include skin cancer and Mohs micrographic surgery.
Dr. Ashley Antony is a native of North Carolina, and she is happy to once again call it home. She attended Harvard College, where she graduated Magna Cum Lauda with a degree in biology. She went on to receive her medical degree from the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, where she additionally served as a Johns Hopkins Clinical/Translational Dermatology Research Fellow and was awarded regional and national awards for her work.

Dr. Antony completed her internal medicine preliminary year through Johns Hopkins University/Sinai Hospital. She then went on to residency in dermatology at Johns Hopkins, where she trained alongside the leading authorities in skin disease in the country. After her residency, Dr. Antony completed her fellowship in Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology at Cleveland Clinic, operating and conducting research with the nation’s foremost experts in the fields of cutaneous oncology and Mohs surgery.
Her research has been presented at national conferences including the American College of Mohs Surgery and the Society of Investigative Dermatology, and her work has been published in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology and the Journal of Investigative Dermatology. She additionally has served as a reviewing author for the National Comprehensive Cancer Network Guidelines for Patients. She is a member of the American College of Mohs Surgery, American Academy of Dermatology, and American Society for Dermatology Surgery.
Dr. Antony joins The Dermatology & Skin Surgery Center at Creedmoor in October 2024 and is excited to care for patients in and around the Research Triangle. Outside of work, Dr. Antony enjoys quality time with family and friends, hiking, and travel.
